Life Coaches. Writers. Speakers. Champions of women. Chocolate and Tea Enthusiasts. Masters at pulling together nourishing meals on the fly and practicing simple soulful self care, even in the busiest of seasons.

We haven’t always been great at taking care of ourselves though but after years of struggle (Depression, Lyme Disease, Post Partum Depression, Sugar Addiction, PMS and Hormonal Havoc, stress of marriage and finances…to name a few things!), we’ve learned how to nourish ourselves even in the midst of life’s unexpected twists and turns.

We’d love to share our stories and how we ended up here, helping thousands of women learn (and redefine) the strategy + soul of self-care…

Redefine Self-Care

Self-care is about more than hitting the gym or yoga studio every day or getting a mani-pedi each month. We love both of those, but we also know that getting good at self-care, in the midst of a busy life, has a lot to do with your mindset and valuing yourself as much as you value everyone else you take care of.

It involves strategy + soul.

And the good news? There is no perfect here. There is no failure either. This is about progress over perfection. One nourishing choice at a time.
