Shelly moved to Michigan a few years ago where she met Jill. In time, learned about The Nourish to Flourish Society and experienced the Reset firsthand and ended up sharing her experience with Jaime...who became a Resetter...who ended up sharing this experience with Kim...who is also now a Resetter.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In our language, we call it the Ripple Effect. You have a positive experience. It changes you. You share your experience with others. It changes them. It spreads and spreads and spreads.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's one of the things we LOVE about our NtF Society. It's creating a positive effect that ripples into our families, our relationships and communities, schools and more. From Michigan to Iowa to New Zeeland to Japan to Australia to Germany to Texas to California to New Jersey to Canada to Florida and many other states.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So when we announced our Soiree last September, we were absolutely thrilled that Jaime and Kim made the 7-hour trek to Michigan with a babe in tow to meet us and our Society of women. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A few weeks ago, Jaime emailed us to let us know she was playing around with one of our Reset smoothies and created a new one she invited us to share with our community. It’s velvety and delicious.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She also sent us the most adorable video of her 6-yr old son sharing the new recipe he affectionately calls “Perfect for Valentine’s Day” Smoothie. He was telling us to add in the coconut oil and the cacao powder and the collagen powder and cauliflower and the cherries and a splash of lemon juice...and it melted our hearts.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Not just because he’s absolutely adorable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But also because Ripple Effect.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

One "Perfect for Valentine's Day" Smoothie at a time.
Recently, Angelle was at a Restorative Yoga class. In class⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
they use lots of props like bolsters, blankets and pillows to support yourself in resting poses.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In an hour and 15 minute class you might do only 4 resting poses, which means that once you settle in, you stay there for a bit and focus on centering breath. (or start snoring like she did last time she went - but that's another story for another day...)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Something the teacher said in one of her classes was so simple and profound. As she was telling everyone how to use the props to get into the pose she kept repeating:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Take your time, use all the support you need and then soften into it.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When she said this, in her softly authoritative voice, what Angelle heard was 'you have permission'. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Permission to slow down here and now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Permission to receive support here and now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Permission to love yourself here and now.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not in the future when you can 'do the pose faster and better and all on your own', but right here in this moment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Space to restore.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Imagine how as women, our journey would shift if this were our daily mantra: “Take your time, use all the support you need and then soften into it.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's our day-to-day that can be a bit challenging to get clear on what it looks like to 'take your time, use all the support you need and then soften into it.' ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's easier in a class but how the heck do you do that when you're rushing through your days, multi-tasking and feeling like 24 hours is not enough time as it is, let alone to squeeze-in-one-more-thing!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
