We’ll be the first to share that we’ve been stuck in stress and overwhelm, probably more times than we’d care to admit.

Between marriage, parenting, managing households, taking classes, running businesses and supporting women, we know what it feels like to be stuck in stress, lose our sense of center and any feelings of calm.

Anxiety, anorexia, depression, Lyme disease, sleep deprivation and PMS are just some of the ways our bodies have gotten our attention to let us know something needed to shift.

What we’ve learned along our journeys is that most often the quickest and most powerful path from stress to calm is not to focus on the external circumstances, but instead on what’s going on inside us.

While we can and do change things we have control over in our world when needed, learning how to change what’s happening in our minds is where we’ve found the *magic*.

I really was amazed at how many things at my workplace were causing me to spiral into stress. I noticed that I tend to absorb what others are feeling in stressful situations, which only makes me feel worse. I learned how to take a step back and separate myself, observe and then decide how I would react. One day at work I got a call from disgruntled clients and I had to figure out a way to solve their problem. I started to get really upset, couldn’t find the file and a black cloud was descending. I did notice what was happening; took a few moments to breathe and reassure myself that the situation was not of my creation and there would be a solution. Just those few minutes allowed me to calm down and proceed more rationally to find a solution. It felt really empowering to be able to take that step back, pause and then continue.

There’s Common Sense for sure. But we want to introduce you to your Body Sense. Your body always tells the truth. Sometimes it just takes a little bit of know-how to understand what she’s telling you. Learn the sure-fire ways your body tells you whether you’re in sympathetic or parasympathetic nervous system mode, aka fight + flee vs. feel + flow. You’ll get a powerful awareness tool that will help you recognize patterns that serve you and patterns that don’t. Become the expert on YOU when it comes to understanding and working with your stress.

You may be wired to be a little more ramped up about life than you’d like, The good news is that you have way more control than you might think when it comes to making the shift from stress to calm.

Because learning to shift from stressed + overwhelmed to calm in minutes is a process, we are meeting you right where you are in the workshop of your daily life.

In Workshop 3, you’ll learn about how to shift from ‘destination thinking’ to ‘journey thinking’. You’ll also learn how to infuse your every day with gratitude, guidance and grace so that you can to be proactive and notice + name your unique obstacles and what they are here to teach you about yourself.

Women have subscribed to the idea that self-sacrifice is what makes a ‘good’ mom, sister, daughter, friend or co-worker and that pleasure should almost always preceded by the word ‘guilty’.

In Workshop 4, you’ll learn that this couldn’t be further from the truth and instead you’ll be immersed in the science of pleasure and how it is proven to improve your health and well-being and help you live from a calmer place more often, becoming resilient instead of reactive when life does turn upside down. Create your own unique version of one of our very favorite tools that will help make calm (and pleasure!) more of your norm every day.

This is where it gets personal. You’ll be invited to four live CALM coaching calls where you can ask questions and receive our full, undivided attention and support for accountability, implementation and transformation.

You can be certain that anxiety, worry, stress and irritability will fall to the wayside when you begin asking different questions and acquiring new tools about how to live a calm nourished life.

I am better able to cope when stressful situations arise. I am able to focus and notice what specifically is causing stress, and I learned some very helpful tools to help calm me down and make more considered decisions about the best way to react or proceed. I can more easily step outside the stressful situation and consider my options, instead of diving in head first. It was well worth the time and investment.

This was an excellent investment of my time, energy and money.
