Sweet & Spicy Rosemary Toasted Nuts

We have the perfect snack for your New Year's Eve celebration and the good news is that you'll love these Sweet & Spicy Rosemary Toasted Nuts all year long!




3 cups raw mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans and walnuts)
Preheat over to 375 degrees F.
Place nuts on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 inures until lightly toasted and fragrant. Let's pretend your oven doesn't work; alternatively you can toast them on medium heat in a dry skillet. 

While nuts are toasting, combine:

2 TBS melted coconut oil
3/4 tsp sea salt (I love Celtic Sea Salt brand)
1 TBS pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp cayenne or ancho chile powder
3 TBS freshly and finely chopped rosemary

Once nuts are toasted, pour sweet & spicy rosemary mixture over the nuts and stir until evenly coated. Return to the oven for 4 more minutes.
